PAYMENT TERMS
MEMBERS: Payment must be made 14 days prior to the tradeshow, if not, you will not be able to exhibit.
NON MEMBERS: Applications can not be accepted until stand fees are paid in full 14 days prior to the tradeshow.
LATE BOOKINGS: Must pay immediately
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation under 4 weeks full refund if space sold - $20.00 admin fee
- Cancellation within 2 weeks of show – no refunds
- Cancellation between 2 & 4 weeks before – 50% refund
- Cancellation 4 weeks before show – 100% refund
NOTE: The person completing this for will be the person resposilve for payments or forwarding the invoice onto the correct person for payment.
A TAX INVOICE WILL BE ISSUED VIA EMAIL
STAND FEES: includes floor space and access to power only.
NOTE: Tablecloths, power leads, power boards, special electrical connections are not included in the stand fee.
If any additional items of hire equipment are required they should be hired direct with a local company – details will be advised in the Bump In Details closer to the event.

NSW Food Authority licence
Businesses that need to hold a licence with the Food Authority include:
Eggs – producers (other than small egg farms), graders, processors and storage facilities
Transporters – businesses that transport any of the foods above.
Vulnerable persons - food service to vulnerable persons in hospitals and aged care facilities
Plant products - businesses producing products such as seed sprouts, vegetables in oil or unpasteurised juices
Shellfish - businesses that cultivate, harvest or depurate shellfish
Seafood - businesses that handle and wholesale seafood excl. shellfish
Meat - businesses that handle, process, pack or store red meat or poultry (other than small poultry meat farms) for humans or animals. Includes retail butchers
Dairy - dairy producers, factories, stores and vendors

NSW Food Business Notification Number
All food businesses in New South Wales must either hold a current food licence or notify the authority of their food activity details. Food businesses that are required to be licensed are:
Businesses that provide food service to vulnerable populations Plant product businesses Businesses that handle or process meat Businesses that handle or process seafood or shellfish Dairy producers, factories and vendors Businesses that produce or process eggs and egg related products.
Exhibitors are expected to advertise the event and your presence at the tradeshow with your end user database.
This is very important as it could be the difference between a good and GREAT tradeshow.
Let's get the numbers up!
